• Once a custom order is approved or printing has begun, it cannot be modified or canceled.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Payments must be completed in full before order processing or dispatch.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or payment issues.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customization, production load, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Layer3D is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the delivery partner.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

• Non-customized products may be eligible for return or replacement subject to inspection and approval.

• Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or videos.
