1. About Us

LAYER 3D is a custom manufacturing and 3D printing service provider specializing in prototypes, personalized products, decorative items, machine parts, educational models, and custom-designed products.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that:
- Violates intellectual property rights.
- Contains offensive, illegal, or prohibited content.
- Cannot be manufactured due to technical limitations.

3. Custom Orders

All dimensions, designs, colors, and specifications provided by the customer are considered final once approved.
Customers are responsible for verifying all files, measurements, spellings, and design details before production begins.
LAYER 3D shall not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use any design, logo, trademark, artwork, or 3D model submitted to LAYER 3D.
LAYER 3D shall not be responsible for any copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted designs.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold LAYER 3D harmless against any legal claims arising from such infringement.

5. Design Confidentiality

Customer files and designs will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, LAYER 3D reserves the right to photograph or showcase completed projects for marketing purposes.

6. Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to the nature of additive manufacturing (3D printing):

Minor layer lines, slight color variations, and dimensional tolerances of approximately ±0.5 mm may occur.
Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

7. Product Usage and Safety

Products manufactured by LAYER 3D are intended only for their specified purpose.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their application.
LAYER 3D is not liable for:
- Improper usage.
- Product modification after delivery.
- Damage resulting from misuse.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Prototype and Functional Parts Disclaimer

3D printed parts may not possess the same strength, durability, heat resistance, or certifications as injection-molded or industrially manufactured products. Customers must independently evaluate suitability before use in critical applications.

9. Production and Delivery Timeline

Production generally requires 2–5 business days depending on product complexity and order volume.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, material shortages, machine maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Cancellation Policy

Standard Products:

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Custom Products:

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

11. Return and Refund Policy

Because every custom order is manufactured specifically for the customer:

Customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrives damaged.
- There is a manufacturing defect.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs or videos.

12. Color Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly from website images due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and material variations.

13. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders will commence only after successful payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

14. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of LAYER 3D for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute.

LAYER 3D shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits.
Business interruption.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Third-party claims arising from product usage.

15. Warranty

Unless explicitly stated, all products are sold on an “As Is” basis without any express or implied warranties.

16. Force Majeure

LAYER 3D shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or technical failures.
