Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 7 days of delivery by sharing clear photos or an unboxing video for inspection.
All replacement and refund requests are subject to verification by the Layer3D team, and approval will be provided only after inspection.
If the claim is approved, Layer3D may provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
For approved replacement requests, a flat return pickup charge of ₹100 will be borne by the customer.
No return, replacement, or refund requests will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery, and due to the custom-made nature of 3D printed products, minor variations in color, finish, or layer lines are not considered defects.
