For approved replacement requests, a flat return pickup charge of ₹100 will be borne by the customer.
No return, replacement, or refund requests will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery, and due to the custom-made nature of 3D printed products, minor variations in color, finish, or layer lines are not considered defects.
